A Great Loss

It is with great sadness that we share that Mary Boland, one of Culmore Clinic’s fabulous RN volunteers, passed away last week. Many of you may remember Mary’s warm and loving presence, her baked treats, and her partner in crime at Culmore Clinic, her husband, Dr. Brian Boland, who also volunteered. 

Mary and Brian took a break from volunteering when Dr. Boland had a serious bike accident.  Mary’s pancreatic cancer was discovered in the course of taking care of Dr Boland.

Here is Mary’s obituary. Peace be with all of you. In the midst of sadness like this, there is comfort in our blessings. I count you and Culmore Clinic among my greatest.
