Volunteer of the Month: Dr. Farah Mofid-Woo

Dr. Farah Mofid-Woo, a Board Certified family practice physician, has been a volunteer with Culmore Clinic for several years, coming weekly to see patients during the morning shift. The compassion, expertise, and commitment she brings to The Clinic is beyond compare. ER Mofid-Woo is active in community care, and also serves as Supervising Physician at George Mason University MAP Clinics. Her work has ranged from Kaiser Permanente’s urgent care network to Public Health Departments in Prince William and Loudoun Counties. She has also worked as a professor and has lectured on cervical and breast cancer. Fluent in Farsi, Dr. Mofid-Woo is a fierce advocate for Culmore Clinic patients. She is active in the community and brings people to Culmore Clinic where she knows they can be helped.
